Pacific Performance Engineering heavy-duty transmission pans do more than hold oil--they cool and protect! They have thick cast construction from high-grade aluminum alloy. Thanks to internal and/or external cooling fins and robust side ribs, PPE transmission pans are much stronger and they allow fluid to run much cooler. Lastly, they feature an insanely strong Neodymium magnet-equipped stainless steel drain plug that attracts and holds harmful metal particles floating in your oil. Really, your pan just holds the oil? It's time for a change--upgrade to cooler Pacific Performance Engineering heavy-duty transmission pans.

Pacific Performance Engineering recognized the need for better filtration for the hard-working Allison 1000 and 2000 transmissions, so they developed the Premium high-efficiency spin-on transmission fluid filters. These superior filters are designed to address the limitations of the standard "shorty filter". Inside the PPE double-deep spin-on filter is 2.72 times more filter media surface area. This increased surface area allows improved fluid flow and filtering. The double-deep filter traps particles down to 15 microns—that is half the size of what the standard spin-on filter catches, which helps to create a cleaner flow of oil to vital internal components, resulting in smooth, more responsive shifts. Do more to protect your Allison transmission and realize better performance. Don't come up short. Spin-on PPE's high-efficiency transmission fluid filters!

Pacific Performance Engineering offers automatic transmission fluid bypass valves for a variety of Jeep and RAM applications. The OEM part has restrictive internal passages; and when the OEM valve fails in the open position, transmission fluid doesn't reach your cooler. This can be caused by mechanical failure or debris. The result of stock valve failure can cause the transmission to dangerously overheat. Without properly cooled transmission fluid, the demands of towing and rigorous stop-and-go driving conditions shorten the life of transmission components. This PPE bypass valve eliminates the mechanical valve—which maximizes fluid flow from the transmission cooler. For further protection, a Neodymium magnet-equipped service plug has been added. The removable plug traps ferrous debris and can be accessed to remove particles from the system. The factory part does not have this feature. Additional notes: * Billet aluminum construction * Neodymium magnet-equipped service plug with O-ring * Easy to install * Limited lifetime warranty

Pacific Performance Engineering Stage4 automatic transmission rebuild kits are entry-level packages that are perfect for drag racing, sled pulling, towing, or even daily driver use. They will ensure that your Allison 1000 transmission can handle up to 850 hp at the crank (approx. 680 at the rear wheels) and up to 1,500 lbs.-ft. of torque without damage. The kits work extremely well for a stock truck, but were engineered to handle Duramax engines that have been equipped with multiple high performance modifications, such as performance chips, oversize injectors, and small nitrous kits. These rebuild kits include Pacific Performance Engineering's valve body recalibration kit (recalibration kit does not change shift points, only increases clutch holding power), a converter flow valve, and upgraded high-friction C1, C2, C3, and C4 clutches with Kolene steels. Models are available with or without triple clutch torque converter. Standard features: * C1 includes: 14 one-sided internal spline frictions (seven internal and seven external) and bottom apply plate * C2 includes: eight friction plates, eight steel separator plates, and bottom apply plate * C3 includes: five friction plates, four steel separator plates * C4 includes: six friction plates, five steel separator plates * Valve body recalibration kit with boost valve, pump shim, and gaskets * Available for LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM Duramax engines with Allison 1000 transmissions

Pacific Performance Engineering transfer case pump upgrades cure the dreaded "pump rub." This occurs when the five positioning tabs holding the pump in place wear over time, causing the oil pump to come into contact with the housing itself. The result is a hole in your cover, leaking fluid, and the possibility of heavily damaging the transfer case. PPE transfer case pump upgrade kits consist of a new pump cover that offers a more secure method of mounting the pump, plus all the necessary gaskets. Order the kit recommended for your transfer case model.

Pacific Performance Engineering filter spacer blocks make a difference with their Viton® O-rings. They properly place the filter/pickup further down into the fluid on deep transmission pans. The blocks are fitted with Viton® O-rings to create a seal that's leak-free and won't suck air or starve for fluid. Don't risk transmission failure. If you have a heavy-duty deep transmission pan, you really need to use Pacific Performance Engineering filter spacer blocks for the proper positive seal.

Pacific Performance Engineering heavy-duty PTO side cover plates are designed to add strength to the center of the transmission case and eliminate transmission oil seepage at the mating surface. They are manufactured from durable cast aluminum, and feature cooling fins double the surface area (60.74 sq. in.) when compared to stock (30.62 sq. in.). Thereby increasing heat dissipation from the transmission oil. The plates include mounting hardware and gaskets to complete the installation.

Pacific Performance Engineering EPC blockers solve a big problem with the 2011-19 Allison 1000 transmission ... low mainline pressure. Mainline pressure is created by the transmission's oil pump, directed by the valve body to the applied pistons, and creates clamping force on the clutch packs, allowing them to clamp quickly and completely. Reduced or not having enough mainline pressure at the right time means reduced clamping force—not enough to hold the torque of the engine, and when clutch packs slip, they generate excessive heat, destroying the clutch pack material. The stock EPC functions to modulate line pressure. During a shift, the transmission control module commands the EPC to vary mainline pressure. The pressure will rise from 80 up to 230 psi, then after the shift, the pressure drops back down to 80 psi, and at 80 psi the clutch packs don't hold the torque of the engine. Towing heavy loads or adding aftermarket upgrades adds even more stress on the clutch packs. PPE's EPC blocker kits quickly install between the EPC solenoid and the valve body. There is no need to remove the valve body, just drain the transmission fluid, remove the oil pan, and install the EPC blocker. Once installed, the EPC blocker will allow all the available mainline pressure, up to 230 psi, to always reach the applied pistons and clutch packs. An easy alternative to transmission line pressure tuning, you can improve shift quality and increase the ability to hold more horsepower with Pacific Performance Engineering EPC blockers.

High horsepower levels and heavy-duty use stress transmission parts beyond what they were originally designed to handle. On some models, output shafts are a common failure point, so Pacific Performance Engineering designed these billet output shaft replacements for high performance transmissions. The shafts have been specially designed to withstand higher horsepower (over 800 RWHP) and torque levels that come with high-performance engines or the added stress from towing or racing. These shafts are highly recommended when installing PPE's Stage 4, Stage 5 and Stage transmission kits.
