It's always a plus when we get something that exceeds our normal expectations. Many off-road enthusiasts buy Trail-Gear Creepy Twin transfer case shifters in order to drive in 2WD low—not realizing how much easier the twin sticks make it to shift in and out of 4-low. Access to 2WD low comes in extremely handy in tight switchbacks and other places on the trail where gear reduction is necessary, but 4WD isn't. These shifters are built to impress, with polished cast aluminum bases, black wavy heat-treated 1020 steel shifters, chromoly internal crosspin, and two shift knobs—one for 4.70 and the other for 2WD/4WD. Creepy Twin shifters also feature a splash-resistant oil breather, O-ring seal around each lever, and shifter gasket. To allow independent operation of the shift rails, you'll need to remove the interlock pin from the transfer case. Make 4-wheeling easier with Trail-Gear Creepy Twin transfer case shifters.

Twin transfer cases not only open up new avenues for off-roading, but make the long scary descents of the past feel like child's play. Now it's time to protect your investment with Trail Gear skid plates. These crossmember skids use 3/8 in. thick steel plate with tapered bolts to fight off the most serious abusers. They work with 4 or 5-speed manual transmissions, but are not intended for automatic transmission applications. With the extra torque of twin cases Trail Gear built these crossmembers with slotted mounting holes pre-drilled allowing a total of four mounting points instead of just two. Twin transfer cases provide ranges of reduction for everything from mud to the most extreme trails. Keep them protected with Trail Gear skid plates.

Trail-Gear unit hubs are not just another aftermarket 1-ton unit hub that's been machined down and modified from an 8-lug to a 6-lug application. No, Trail-Gear designed these units for a specific application, so the hubs will bolt right onto Dana 60 or 9 in. housings that are set up for unit hubs. They're made to accommodate a 30- or a 35-spline axle shaft and use a 1/2 in.-20 threaded wheel stud with a 6 x 5.5 in. wheel bolt pattern. These are the same unit hubs that you will see on most competition buggies. They are ultra-strong and easy to replace. Simply unbolt the old one and bolt on the new replacement hub. Clearance is the key word for off-road enthusiasts. Navigating rocks and rugged terrain leaves your thin steering mechanism vulnerable to damage--which makes Trail-Gear high steer arms invaluable to your vehicle. These pressure-forged steel brackets provide solid mounting points to raise your pitman arm and steering rods a few more inches off the ground. This additional height can mean the difference between safe adventures … or a bent and useless steering component. Trail-Gear steer arms feature tapered tie rod holes for secure contact between parts, and they compensate for angles so your rod ends can ride at the OE-standard 90 degrees. For trucks, 4Runners, Land Cruisers, and other solid front axle rides, TG high steer arms are essential equipment when you venture off the beaten path.
