They use an integrated Ignitor II® electronic ignition with variable dwell that maintains peak energy throughout the entire rpm range, reducing misfires while improving engine performance. The distributors develop, on average, four times more available energy between 3,000 and 5,000 rpm and two times more available plug voltage.
